This summer to complete the requirements for my master's degree I am shipping off for a real "Global Field Experience."
For the billionth time in five years I am moving - again - to San Francisco, California. While most of my friends are doing their field experience on the Dark Continent, I have chosen another jungle. Nothing like getting wild in the Bay Area.
Basically this blog is a tribute to my friends going abroad. I think it's a really great way to keep up on what we are all doing when my friends are suddenly thrown everywhere from Micronesia to Rwanda.
So basically, I hope to keep this current - as I'm sure my other friends will do too given that they have internet access in the Serengeti and have not been eaten by wildebeests.
My adventure begins May 8th. In the words of my Epidemiology professor, "Stay tuned."
